| TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS |
| 1. FRAME: The frame will be of anti-seismic structure. |
| 2. WALL FINISHES: Interior 3 coats of plaster. |
| 3. FLOORS: The floors in the living room, corridors, bathrooms and verandas will be covered with ceramic tiles. Bedrooms will be covered in laminate flooring. |
| 4. WALL COVERINGS: Bathrooms and toilet walls will be covered with ceramic tiles up to 2m and above the kitchen worktops. |
| 5. SANITARY WARE: Colored white and manufactured in England. |
| 6. CARPENTRY: General carpentry will be in oak or beech wood doors, cupboards and wardrobes. Kitchen worktops will have granite to the value of €85,00 per meter. |
| 7. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: Complete electrical installation according to the guidelines provided by the electrical mechanical study. |
